1. Can I customise the name on your products?

Yes — each piece is made to order, and you can personalise it with your child’s name or get creative with it! At checkout, simply input your requirement. We will contact you if there is an issue with the length of the text.
2. Can I choose my child’s favourite team for the wardrobe design?

Absolutely. During pre-order, you’ll input your specific team or club. If it’s your child’s local or non-league team that you require, please contact us directly via email or in the chat function on our website with an image of the team shirt for us to accommodate your request.
3. How long is the delivery time?

Our current pre-order delivery window is September 2025. Only 10 slots are available — once they’re gone, the next release will be announced later in the year.
4. How do I place a pre-order?

You can place a pre-order directly through our website. Simply click on the ‘Shop All’ buttons, which will take you through to our store. Here, you select your product, customise your order, enter your details and complete the checkout securely. You’ll receive an order confirmation and regular communication from our team manager to keep you updated on production and to arrange a suitable time for delivery and installation.
5. Is payment taken in full at checkout?

Yes. Due to the highly customised nature of our products, full payment is required at the time of order.
6. What materials do you use?

Each piece is handcrafted in the UK using sustainable timber, Blum hardware, and child-safe, water-based paint.
7. Can I cancel or change my order after purchasing?

As each item is made to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once production has started. Please double-check your customisation details before placing your order.
8. Are your products flat-packed or fully assembled?

Your order will arrive with our installation team, who will fully assemble and install it ready to enjoy — no tools or DIY required.
9. Do you deliver outside of the UK?

At this time, we only deliver within the UK. However, we’re working on international options — send us an email with your details to join our mailing list and you will be the first to know.

Each piece is handmade and carefully finished by skilled craftsmen, who also deliver and install your order with the same attention to detail that went into making it.
